J. Mark Fall, PresidentJ. Mark Fall, President, is a CPA with over 25 years in the healthcare industry. His work experience includes both consulting and management. As a consultant, Mark has been involved in a wide spectrum of post-acute settings including skilled care, rehabilitation, LTACHs, assisted living, CCRC’s and independent living.

Typical projects included:

  • Post-acute feasibility analysis, development and start-up - both hospital-based and free-standing
  • Financial planning across post-acute lines of business including pro forma’s, projections and forecasts
  • Financial turn around planning and assistance
  • Operating plans and budgets for single and multi-facility operations
  • Development and implementation of key indicator reporting systems
  • Training of non-financial personnel regarding financial management and third party reimbursement issues

In addition to his project experience, Mark manages Greentree’s financial and management contract services. His experience as a Specialty Hospital CEO, including turnaround experience, enables him to bring not only the technical but the “hands on” expertise for the management of healthcare providers.

Prior to joining Greentree, Mark held a number of senior management positions with multi-facility healthcare providers including controller, CFO and vice president of business services. His experience includes:
